• Oxytetracycline: 200 mg

Pharmacological Properties:

Terramycin is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent, effective against most Gram (+) and Gram (-) bacteria, protozoa, rickettsia and chlamydia. Its formulation allows sustained levels of oxytetracycline in the blood for a period of 3 to 5 days, ensuring prolonged action after administration.

Indications and Target Species:

Pigs:

• Pulmonía
• leptospirosis
• Red Evil
• Bacterial enteritis
• MMA syndrome (metritis, mastitis and agalactia)

Ovids and Caprids:

• Pulmonía
• Bedsoniasis
• Symptomatic anthrax
• Pedro
• Metritis
• Systemic mastitis

Bovidae:

• anaplasmosis
• Pneumonia
• leptospirosis
• Pododermatitis (foot rot)
• Diphtheria
• Systemic mastitis
• Symptomatic anthrax
• Bacterial enteritis

Side effects:

• Mild inflammatory reactions at the injection site, which usually disappear quickly.

Route of Administration:

• Deep intramuscular for all species.
• subcutaneous in piglets under 10 kg.

Posology:

• General dosage: 1 ml per 10 kg of live weight.
• Do not apply more than 10 ml at the same inoculation point.

Wait time:

• Meat: 22 days
• Milk: 3 days

Conservation Mode:

• Store between 15°C and 30°C.
