1.3 Description of the container and list of the rest of the components of the material
of conditioning.
Low pressure polyethylene containers, with low and high pressure polythene screw cap
density.
The 20 ml presentation has a drip stopper.
The 100 ml presentation is accompanied by a measuring spoon.
Both presentations, 20 and 100 ml are presented in individual cardboard boxes,
the bottles are labeled and accompanied by a package leaflet.

1.6 Target animals and indications for use
Ornamental birds in general (canaries, goldfinches, parakeets, etc…) Do not administer to pigeons.
Treatment of coccidiosis produced by protozoa of the genera Eimeria and Isospora.

In canaries and other passerites, the appearance of coccidiosis due to isospora
sawdust, I. canaria, I.lacazei e I. communis passarum. In psittáceas it has been associated with the
presence of Eimeria dunsingi e Isospora sp.
1.7 Instructions for use
The solution is administered in the drinking water at a dose of 60 mg of sulfaquinoxaline + 15
mg of pyrimethamine/liter of drinking water (equivalent to 1,5 ml of TABERNIL SULFA/liter of
drinking water corresponding to 3 drops of TABERNIL SULFA for every 100 ml of drinking water
drink), for three days in a row, rest for two days (water without medicating) and continue for
three days plus treatment.
Medicated water should be prepared daily.
Interactions: It is antagonistic with PABA-type compounds.
1.8 Special precautions for storage
Keep the container tightly closed, in a cool place and protected from light. Keep out of the reach of children.
