2. QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
Each film-coated tablet contains 230 mg Pyrantel Embonate and 20 mg Praziquantel

3. PHARMACEUTICAL FORM
Film-coated tablets.
White to off-white, round, biconvex film-coated tablet with a scoreline on one side and plain on the other.
The tablets can be divided into equal halves.

4. CLINICAL DATA
4.1 Target species
Cats
4.2 Indications for use, specifying the target species
For the treatment of mixed infections caused by the following gastrointestinal roundworms and cestodes:
Nematodes: Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina
Cestodes: Dipylidium caninum, Taenia taeniaeformis, Echinococcus multilocularis
4.3 Contraindications
Do not use simultaneously with piperazine compounds.
Do not use in kittens less than 6 weeks of age.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
4.4 Special warnings for each target species
Fleas act as an intermediate host for a common type of tapeworm – Canine dipylidium.
Tapeworm infestation will surely recur unless control of intermediate hosts such as fleas, mice, etc. is carried out. Parasitic resistance to a certain class of anthelmintics can occur after frequent and repeated use of anthelmintics of this class.

4.6 Adverse reactions (frequency and seriousness)
None known.
4.7 Use during pregnancy, lactation or lay
It should not be used during pregnancy, but can be used during lactation.
4.8 Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
Do not use simultaneously with piperazine compounds.

4.9 Amounts to be administered and administration route
To ensure a correct dosage, the weight must be determined as accurately as possible.
Posology
The recommended doses are: 20 mg/kg pyrantel (57,5 mg/kg pyrantel embonate) and 5
mg/kg of praziquantel, equivalent to 1 tablet per 4 kg of body weight.

4.10 Overdose (symptoms, emergency procedures, antidotes), if necessary
After administration of doses 5 times higher than the recommended one, signs of
of intolerance such as vomiting.
