Canine Dietary supplement formulated in highly palatable chews for dogs with urinary incontinence Active ingredients (per soft chew): Glycine max 60 mg Trifolium pratense 50 mg

Composition (in descending order): Brewer's yeast, chicken flavoring, water, gum arabic, pectin, rapeseed oil, glycerin, soy lecithin, sweetener (maltodextrin, sodium alginate, calcium sulfate), soy protein, Trifolium pratense, sorbic acid, propionic acid, mixed natural tocopherols. Analytical constituents: Protein 24,10%; fat content 12,75%; crude fiber 2,29%; crude ash 6,48%. Mechanism of action:

• DIALIX® B incorporates in its formula the two richest sources of isoflavones (phytoestrogens) that exist: Glycine max (soy) and Trifolium pratense (red clover).

• Phytoestrogens are a group of natural substances of vegetable origin, non-steroidal in nature, but which have biological effects in animals, similar to those of estrogen. There are four main groups of phytoestrogens: isoflavones (genistein, daidzein, glycitein, formononetin - main sources: soybeans and red clover), lignans (secoisolariciresinol, matairesinol, pinoresinol, lariciresinol - main sources: lentils and cereals), coumestane (coumestrol - main sources : clover, alfalfa and cabbage), and resorcinol derivatives (resveratrol – main source: red wine).

• Phytoestrogens control urinary incontinence by binding to the body's 17 Beta Estradiol receptors, specifically those located in the bladder and sphincter muscles, helping to restore physiological muscle tone that has weakened after sterilization or during the aging process.

• In vitro (Reiter, E et al.) and in vivo studies also seem to show that the isoflavones genistein and daidzein have a neuroprotective action at the level of the bladder, and may help control incontinence of neurological origin.

• Other studies (Lee, YH et al., Tomaszewski, J et al.) suggest that stress incontinence is linked to a low estrogen level, so phytoestrogen supplementation can help alleviate it.

Indications: Helps maintain bladder muscle tone, emptying, and overall normal, healthy function. Recommended for spayed females and senior animals to control or minimize urinary incontinence.

Target species : Dogs. Directions for use: 1 chew per 15 kg of weight, once a day or divided into two doses (morning and night).

Safety: The safety of isoflavones has been demonstrated in numerous studies, both in laboratory tests and in long-term treatments in humans. There are also studies that suggest an antitumor effect of isoflavones in breast, uterine, and prostate cancer.

Warnings: VetNova is a pioneer in developing Chew technology to make administering supplements to dogs easier. Unlike tablets, capsules, etc., which are forced into the mouth to ensure consumption, Chews should be freely placed in the food bowl, allowing the pet to take them voluntarily.
