To maintain proper hygiene, clean the feeder after each meal and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve the material. Not suitable for microwave use.

FAQ

Is it safe for dogs that chew on the food bowl?

Yes, high-quality plastic is resistant to light chewing, but it's not designed for heavy chewing. If your dog is very destructive, supervise its use and consider stainless steel alternatives.

Can I use it for small cats?

Yes, the 7 cm height is accessible for most adult cats and kittens, although very small breeds (such as the Singapura cat) may need a lower bowl. Observe whether your cat is comfortable eating from this height.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, the Ferplast Magnus Small feeder is dishwasher safe, but it's recommended to place it on the top rack to prevent warping from extreme heat. Hand wash it if you prefer greater durability.

How long does the material last without deteriorating?

With proper use and cleaning, high-quality plastic can last for several years without losing its shape or color. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures to prolong its lifespan.

Can I use it for wet food?

Yes, it is suitable for both dry and wet food, although for very liquid foods (such as broths) it is better to opt for a model with greater depth to avoid spills.

Does it come with a warranty?

Ferplast offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please retain your proof of purchase for any claims. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
