Zipyran Plus Sabor is a broad-spectrum internal antiparasitic formulated in palatable oral tablets for dogs. It combines praziquantel, pyrantel embonate, and febantel to eliminate common intestinal parasites including roundworms and tapeworms.
The synergistic action of these active ingredients targets nematodes and cestodes. It is highly effective against Toxocara canis, Ancylostoma caninum, Trichuris vulpis, Echinococcus granulosus, and Dipylidium caninum.
This treatment provides complete and safe protection against parasitic infestations. It does not require fasting or a special diet before or after administration.
Each tablet contains praziquantel, pyrantel embonate, and febantel in a palatable formulation.
Zipyran Plus Sabor is indicated for the treatment of intestinal infestations in dogs caused by nematodes such as Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum, and Trichuris vulpis, as well as cestodes including Echinococcus granulosus, Taenia hydatigena, and Dipylidium caninum.
Administer orally, directly or mixed with food. Recommended dose: 5 mg praziquantel, 5 mg pyrantel (embonate), and 15 mg febantel per kg body weight. Give a single dose per treatment. Repeat every 3 months for prevention. In high-risk areas, give a second dose 14 days after the first. Dosing by weight: 0.5-2 kg: 1/4 tablet; 2-5 kg: 1/2 tablet; 5-10 kg: 1 tablet; 10-20 kg: 2 tablets; 20-30 kg: 3 tablets; 30-40 kg: 4 tablets. Maximum recommended: 4 tablets for dogs over 40 kg.
