Tetramethrin is a pyrethroid insecticide that acts on the nervous system of parasites, causing rapid knockdown and death. Piperonyl butoxide inhibits detoxification enzymes in insects, enhancing the efficacy of tetramethrin. The combination provides effective control of external parasites.
