Pigs: 1 ml per 10 kg body weight daily for 3 to 4 days, intramuscular in the neck. Do not exceed 2.5 ml per injection site. Calves: 1 ml per 10 kg body weight daily for 4 to 5 days, subcutaneous. Do not exceed 5 ml per injection site. Dogs: 2 ml per 10 kg body weight daily for 5 days, subcutaneous. For chronic or severe cases, treatment may extend to 10 days.
