PROENTERIC TRIPLEX is an antidiarrheal for small animals with chronic diarrhea. It supports symptomatic management by restoring the intestinal microflora and defensive barrier, leading to firmer stools.
Its exclusive composition includes a synbiotic (Enterococcus faecium plus prebiotic FOS and arabinogalactans), kaolin, and pectin. The probiotic promotes competitive exclusion of pathogens. The prebiotic feeds beneficial bacteria. Kaolin binds bacteria and toxins and retains water. Pectin thickens liquid feces and normalizes peristalsis.
The product improves digestive efficiency by providing enzymes that aid enterocytes in nutrient absorption. It is indicated for diarrhea caused by oral antibiotics, diet changes, food allergies, intestinal infections, pancreatic problems, malabsorption syndrome, chronic liver disorders, and stress.
