PHARMASIN 200 mg/ml solution treats infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to tylosin, including Gram-positive bacteria, Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., and Mycoplasma. It is indicated for bovine, ovine, caprine, and porcine species.
In adult cattle, it treats respiratory infections, metritis caused by Gram-positive organisms, mastitis from Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., or Mycoplasma, and interdigital necrobacillosis (panaritium or septic pododermatitis). In calves, it treats respiratory infections and necrobacillosis.
In pigs, it treats enzootic pneumonia, hemorrhagic enteritis, erysipelas, uterine inflammation, and arthritis caused by Mycoplasma and Staphylococcus spp. In sheep and goats, it treats respiratory infections, metritis from Gram-positive organisms, and mastitis from Gram-positive organisms or Mycoplasma spp.
