It treats gastrointestinal nematodes including Haemonchus contortus, Ostertagia circumcincta, Trichostrongylus spp., Cooperia spp., and Nematodirus spp. It also eliminates lungworms (Dictyocaulus filaria) and nasal bots (Oestrus ovis).
Ivermectin acts on the parasite nervous system causing paralysis and death. This mechanism provides rapid efficacy against a broad spectrum of internal parasites. The product is formulated for easy oral dosing at 2.5 ml per 10 kg body weight.
Clinical use supports herd health and productivity by preventing parasitic disease. The product has a meat withdrawal period of 10 days. Do not use in sheep producing milk for human consumption.
