For dogs 2 to 4 kg: 1/4 tablet per dog. 5 to 8 kg: 1/2 tablet. 9 to 15 kg: 1 tablet. 16 to 25 kg: 1.5 tablets. 26 to 33 kg: 2 tablets. 34 to 50 kg: 3 tablets. 51 to 75 kg: 4.5 tablets. Tablets can be given whole or broken directly on the tongue base, or mixed with a small amount of food.
