FINADYNE is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) formulated as an injectable solution. It provides analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects for the treatment of acute inflammatory conditions in cattle, pigs, and horses.
In pigs, FINADYNE is indicated as an aid in treating metritis-mastitis-agalaxia (MMA) syndrome. In cattle, it is recommended for its antipyretic effect in acute inflammatory processes. In horses, it alleviates inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders and visceral pain from colic.
Clinical studies show that for equine colic, pain relief often occurs in less than 15 minutes. Maximum response for musculoskeletal conditions is achieved between 12 and 16 hours, with activity lasting 24 to 36 hours. Approximately 10% of horses required one or two additional treatments.
Each ml contains flunixin (as meglumine) 50 mg, excipient q.s. 1 ml.

Pigs: 2.2 mg/kg (2 ml/45 kg) deep IM injection, 1 or 2 doses 12 hours apart. Cattle: 2.2 mg/kg (2 ml/45 kg) IV for antipyretic effect. Horses: 1.1 mg/kg (1 ml/45 kg) once daily for musculoskeletal disorders, IM or IV, for up to 5 days. For colic: 1.1 mg/kg IV, repeat if signs return.
