4. PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES AND PHARMACOKINETIC DATA
   External antiparasitic from the group of organophosphates that acts by inhibiting cholinesterase
   of the parasite.
   In cats it is active against:
   Fleas: Ctenocephalides canis
   Ctenocephalides felis
   pulex irritans
   The active ingredient is slowly released from the surface of the collar, depositing on the fur
   of the animal and coming into contact with the parasite. The fleas die in a few hours.

   5.0 TARGET SPECIES
   Cats
   5.1 THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS SPECIFYING THE TARGET SPECIES
   
   External parasitism in cats, produced by the aforementioned fleas.
   5.2 CONTRAINDICATIONS
   Do not use in sick or convalescent animals. Do not use in animals less than 6 months
   of age.
   5.3 SIDE EFFECTS (FREQUENCY AND SEVERITY)
   Occasionally, skin hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
   5.4 SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
   Do not open the protective bag that contains the collar until it is time to use it.
   Cut any excess length from the necklace.
   Prevent the animal from biting the collar.
   5.5 USE DURING PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
   Do not use in lactating females
   5.6 INTERACTION WITH OTHER MEDICINES AND OTHER FORMS OF
   INTERACTION
   Do not administer with other cholinesterase inhibitors.
   Do not administer with phenothiazine-type CNS depressant drugs
   5.7 DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
   1 collar / animal for 4 months.
   Place the collar around the animal's neck so that two fingers can be inserted
   between the collar and the neck.
   5.8 OVERDOSE (SYMPTOMS, EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, ANTIDOTES)
   The way of using the product makes poisoning by overdose unlikely. In
   in the event of symptoms of cholinergic intoxication (hypersalivation, vomiting, tearing,
   labored breathing…) administer atropine and 2-PAM.
