Indications

Sheep :

• Gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodosis: Ostertagia spp., Trichostrongylus spp., Cooperia spp., Nematodirus spp., Oesophagostomum spp., Bunostomum spp., Trichuris spp., Strongyloides spp., and Dictyocaulus filaria.
• cestodes: Moniezia spp.

Dosage and Administration

• Nematodosis: 5 mg of fenbendazole/kg of body weight (equivalent to 2 ml for every 10 kg of body weight) in a single dose.
• cestodes: 10 mg of fenbendazole/kg of body weight (equivalent to 4 ml for every 10 kg of body weight) in a single dose.

Administer directly orally. Shake well before use. Adjust the dose according to the animal's weight, using calibrated equipment to avoid dosing errors.

Precautions and Warnings

• Avoid resistance: Do not repeatedly use anthelmintics of the same class without adequate intervals.
• Calculate accurately: Make sure to measure the weight of the animals correctly to avoid underdosing.
• Reported resistance: There is documented resistance to benzimidazoles in sheep nematodes; consult your veterinarian before applying.
• Personal precautions: Wear gloves when handling and avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water.

• Meat: 16 days.
• Milk: 8 days (192 hours).
