NACOTIL® is an adjuvant ear cleaning solution in cases of chronic or recurrent otitis:

· In the antibacterial and antifungal treatment.

· Helps to regenerate damaged epithelium, and can be used in cases of suspected ruptured eardrum.

· Cleaner for external use: for regular hygiene of the auricle and external auditory canal.

NACOTIL® is an otic solution based on:

NAC (N Acetylcysteine):

Antimicrobial (antibacterial and antifungal)

· Eliminates and prevents the formation of microbial biofilms, increasing the effectiveness of antimicrobial treatments and reducing resistance to drug treatments.

· Helps to regenerate damaged epithelium.

· Anti-inflammatory

Boric acid:

· Antifungal.

Hyaluronic acid

· Helps regenerate damaged epithelium and eardrum.

· Due to its viscosity, it increases the action of the product and antimicrobials.

Zinc gluconate:

Antimicrobial

· Helps to regenerate damaged epithelium.

Citrus Limonum essential oil:

· Neutralizes bad odors

· Antioxidant
