FAQ

How do I know if size 50 cm is the right size for my dog?

Measure your dog from the base of the neck (just behind the shoulders) to the base of the tail. If this measurement is approximately 50 cm, the size will be suitable. Also, check the chest girth (around 60-70 cm) and weight (20-30 kg). If your dog falls between two sizes, choose the larger one for greater comfort.

Can I wear the coat on days of heavy rain?

The material is water-resistant, but not completely waterproof. It's ideal for light rain or snow, but not recommended for heavy storms or immersion in water. For intense rain, look for a dedicated raincoat.

Is it safe for dogs that pull a lot on the leash?

Yes, the leash hole is reinforced and allows you to attach the harness directly. However, make sure the harness is snug and doesn't put too much strain on the coat. If your dog pulls hard, check that the fabric doesn't tear.

How do you wash the coat and how often?

Hand wash it with cold water and mild soap when visibly dirty or after muddy walks. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Let it air dry, avoiding direct heat sources. Washing every 2-4 weeks is recommended if used daily.

Can I use it on a dog with skin problems or allergies?

The inner lining is soft and free of latex and common irritants. However, if your dog has known skin allergies, test the coat on a small area before prolonged use. Consult your veterinarian if you have any concerns.

Does the coat interfere with my dog's mobility?

No, the ergonomic design and leg openings allow for freedom of movement. It's designed so your dog can run, jump, and play without restriction. If you notice your dog moving in an unusual way, check the fit or consider a larger size.
