the AURIZON It is a veterinary medicine developed specifically for the treatment of otitis externa in dogs of bacterial and fungal origin. Its formula combines the antibacterial efficacy of marbofloxacin, the antifungal effect of clotrimazole and the anti-inflammatory action of the dexamethasone, providing fast and complete relief for ear problems in dogs.

Indications:
Aurizon is indicated for the treatment of external otitis in dogs, caused by:

• Sensitive bacteria marbofloxacin.
• mushrooms like Malassezia pachydermatis, sensitive to clotrimazole.

Mode of use:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Manage 10 drops in the affected ear, once a day for 7 to 14 days.
3. Gently massage the base of the ear after application to ensure penetration of the medication into the ear canal.
4. Consult your veterinarian after the first 7 days to assess the need to extend treatment.
5. Use one cannula per dog to avoid cross contamination.

Dosage per Drop:
Each drop contains:

• Marbofloxacin: 71 g
• Clotrimazole: 237 g
• Dexamethasone: 23,7 g

Important Precautions:

• Before use, make sure that the tympanic membrane is intact.
• Thoroughly clean and dry the external ear canal before application.
• Wash hands after administration and avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not administer to dogs with:
  • Perforation of the eardrum.
  • Hypersensitivity to any of the components.
  • Pregnant or lactating females.

Contraindications and Side Effects:

• Contraindications: Do not use in dogs with perforated tympanic membrane or hypersensitivity to the components.
• Possible side effects:
  • Increase of alkaline phosphatase and transaminases.
  • Limited neutrophilia, eosinopenia and lymphopenia.
  • Temporary deafness in older dogs.
  • Local and systemic alterations due to prolonged use of corticosteroids.

Precautions in People:

• Avoid direct contact with the product if you are hypersensitive to its components.
• In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water.
• Wear gloves if necessary and wash your hands after application.

Storage:

• Store at a temperature below 30 ° C.
• Once opened, use the contents within 2 months.
