Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a sulfur compound found naturally in uncooked and unhandled fruits, vegetables, and grains.
Sulfur is an essential mineral in the diet of all animals, which participates in numerous biochemical reactions, essential for the synthesis of amino acids, and for the formation of proteins and enzymes. MSM increases cellular permeability and flexibility between cells, thereby stimulating the repair of damaged skin, smoothing scar tissue, increasing resistance to allergies, and offering a natural way to reduce pain and inflammation.
Indications:
MSM acts as an adjuvant in anti-allergy treatments, because it blocks the receptivity of histamine in sensitive tissues such as mucous membranes:

Each tablet contains 500 mg of MSM.
Administration:
Oral, mixed with food.
Recommended maintenance dose for a
initial 60-day period:
Cats and dogs up to 10 kg in weight: 1 tablet / day.
Dogs over 10 kg: 1 tablet/day for every 10 kg
of weight.
At the discretion of the veterinarian, and according to the state of the
animal the dose can be increased.
