EFEX is indicated for treating skin and soft tissue infections in dogs, including pyoderma, intertrigo, impetigo, folliculitis, furunculosis, and cellulitis. It also treats urinary tract infections such as cystitis, pyelonephritis, and prostatitis, as well as respiratory infections including pneumonia, bronchitis, and tracheitis.
For skin infections, the minimum treatment duration is 5 days, maximum 40 days. For urinary infections, minimum 10 days, maximum 28 days. For respiratory infections, minimum 7 days, maximum 21 days.
