Lokivetmab, the active substance, may induce transient or persistent antibodies against the drug. Transient antibodies usually have no effect, while persistent antibodies can reduce efficacy in animals that previously responded to treatment.
In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions such as anaphylaxis, facial edema, or urticaria may occur. Appropriate treatment should be administered immediately if these reactions appear.
