CYCLAVANCE 30ML is indicated for the treatment of clinical manifestations of atopic dermatitis in dogs. The active substance ciclosporin modulates the immune response to reduce skin inflammation and pruritus.
Ciclosporin at 100 mg/ml is administered orally. Clinical improvement is typically seen within 4 to 8 weeks of daily dosing. If no improvement occurs within 8 weeks, treatment should be discontinued.
Once symptoms are controlled, the frequency can be reduced to every other day. Clinical monitoring is recommended to adjust the dosing interval.

Administer 5 mg/kg body weight (0.05 ml of oral solution per kg) 2 hours before or after meals. Use the dosing syringe to place the solution into the dog's mouth. Give daily until satisfactory clinical improvement (4 to 8 weeks). If no improvement in 8 weeks, stop treatment. After symptom control, administer every 2 days and adjust frequency based on clinical checks.
