Baytril Sabor 50 mg is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial and antimycoplasmal agent for dogs and cats. It treats respiratory infections, bacterial enteritis, urinary tract infections, skin infections, and otitis. It also treats individual and mixed bacterial infections of the respiratory and digestive organs, urinary tract, ear, and skin, and prevents wound infections.
The active ingredient enrofloxacin acts on bacterial gyrase to provide bactericidal action. It has a broad bactericidal spectrum and antimycoplasmal activity.
For chronic or severe diseases, treatment may extend to 10 days or more. If no clinical improvement is seen within 3 days, the treatment should be reconsidered.
Each tablet contains enrofloxacin 50 mg.
