It treats respiratory infections, bacterial enteritis, urinary tract infections, skin infections, and otitis. It also treats individual and mixed bacterial infections of the respiratory and digestive organs, urinary tract, ear, and skin, and prevents wound infections.
The active ingredient enrofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone with bactericidal action. It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase, providing a broad spectrum of bactericidal and antimycoplasmal activity.
For chronic or severe infections, treatment may extend up to 10 days or more. If no clinical improvement is seen within 3 days, the treatment should be reconsidered.
Each tablet contains enrofloxacin 50 mg.
For dogs and cats: respiratory infections, bacterial enteritis, urinary tract infections, skin infections, and otitis. Also for treatment of individual and mixed bacterial infections of the respiratory and digestive organs, urinary tract, ear, and skin, and prevention of wound infections.
Dogs: 1 tablet per 10 kg body weight per day for 5 days, equivalent to 5 mg enrofloxacin/kg body weight/day. For chronic or severe infections, treatment may be extended up to 10 days or more. If no clinical improvement within 3 days, reconsider treatment. For cats, follow your veterinarian's prescription.
