Each ml contains 100 mg cyclosporine as the active substance. Excipients include all-rac-alpha-tocopherol (E 307), anhydrous ethanol (E 1510), and propylene glycol (E 1520).

Dogs: initial dose 5 mg/kg (0.05 ml/kg) daily until improvement (usually within 4 weeks), then reduce to every other day. Administer orally at least 2 hours before or after meals, directly into the throat.
